Product DescriptionHJ350 is defined as fused type fluxes medium-manganese, medium-silicate and medium fluorine elements, color in brown to high yellow, with vitreous granules 8-40 meshes in size. Fluxes are suitable for use both AC and D. C. When applying D. C, filler-wire will be connected to electrode positive (EP). Fluxes have good welding technological behavior.

   Field of application: Fluxes match proper filler-wire (i. e H08MnA, H010Mn2, H08Mn2 etc) of which may be use for welding of low-alloyed steel (i. e. 16Mn\15MnVN\15MnV etc) important structures for example: Ships, boilers, pressure vessels etc. As required by fine-granule fluxes, they can be used for SAW with filler-wire to serve thin-plating weld.
